The only way to collect debt that works

DEBT Collection or DEBT Recovery service

On most occasions a letter addressed from your self asking your debtor to pay your fee or invoice will not work, your letter will simply be transferred to the nearest bin.

We will send a convincing reason for anyone to pay you back the money they owe you. For a very reasonable fee of £25.00 we will send your debtor NOTICE OF INTENDED COUNTY COURT ACTION. This notice is essential and must be sent by law before you can take your debtor to court to enforce collection. Enforcement may mean the sale of any goods of value such as privately owned motor vehicle. In some cases an order may be made for thier house to be sold. Other enforcement methods incude a charge being made on any wage incoming or even a weekly portion of the persons benefits may be taken.

Many solicitors will charge their standard consulting fee of £60.00 before they will agree to send this essential law abiding notification required by law before asking the court to enforce the issue by judgment against your debtor. We have a debt letter that puts forward a very convincing argument for payment. Infact nine times out of ten the expensive alternative of court judgment and enforcement is avoided. The letter is effective with both private and business debt situations whether it's for under £500.00 or in excess of £30.000.

Most debt collection companies are absolutely hopeless at collecting debts but very good at selling outstanding debts to other companies to collect, resulting in swarms of debt collection letters being received by an individual in debt, but by as many as ten different companies. You can see that a person witnessing this may decide to just carry on recieving the warning letters and not pay back a penny. Why not? What is going to happen? Does it really matter if yet another threatening debt letter is recieved from yet another "do nothing" debt collection company?

The only way is to pay the courts fees and use the courts enforcement strategies. Costly, but the court in most case will charge your defendant the court fees and reasonable costs involved will be taken in to consideration.
